(1/22/2024).  (Update for Board Meeting on 2/13/2024) The Developer for the Windmill Project will now be meeting with Town of Stark Special Counsel and Review Engineer after the Town Board Meeting to be held on February 13, 2024. The parties involved will be meeting later in the week.  Because of the amount of information received from the public comment, more time to review was taken.  Anyone wanting to attend the Town Board Meeting is welcome to attend, but any new information regarding the topic will be limited much as it was at the January meeting. The March 12 meeting will have much more information available, providing no further delays occur. We apologize for this delay.
