Changes to New Leaf’s proposed wind project will be discussed at this meeting. However, the company still intends to seek approval of a final Environmental Impact Statement in June. Meanwhile, no decision has been made on the appointment of a Citizen Advisory Board to address revisions to the town’s zoning law that could unleash scores of wind turbines throughout Stark and Warren.
